10/10 from Anne Bell
"I am so glad I followed the ‘what the heck’ moment and went to Causeway Pilates. I find the classes so beneficial for both body and spirit. Body is more flexible and toned and you know it has improved your posture. Joanne is an excellent teacher and explains everything so you understand fully what she is asking. The ‘fun’ moments with the other ladies are hilarious and good for the soul!"

EXCELLENT Based on 83 reviews Posted on Ann Bell19/11/2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently attended Causeway physio due to chronic lower back pain, from the first appointment Stephen listened to my concerns and put my mind at rest, he made me feel welcomed and reassured. His explanation of what was happening with my back was superb and I understood his advice. What also helped was the videos of my exercises which meant I was able to do them correctly at home. I have no hesitation in recommending Stephen at Causeway Physio. Thank you for everything.Posted on Brenda Shields18/11/2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Anna had a very sore neck. Stephen showed her exercises and massaged her neck. The information was very interesting and showed Anna on the 3D skeletal model, the source of her pain. Anna felt the benefit immediately and has continued the exercises Stephen demonstrated. I give Stephen 5 stars because he was excellent!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Posted on Valerie Millen04/11/2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been bothered with chronic lower back pain. I attended Stephen for treatment and physio exercises. Always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After the first session I was informed of what’s wrong with my back and following few weeks of treatment I have not had any more lower back pain. I highly recommend Causeway Physio and PilatesPosted on Sharon Crockett11/10/2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cannot recommend or thank Owen enough. 7 years of chronic shoulder pain had progressed to pins and needles in my hand. Lack of results from other physios I had seen meant Owen had his work cut out for him. Straight forward, honest advice with easy to follow take home exercises means my shoulder is now vastly improved and getting stronger each week.Posted on Tom Graham07/10/2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a 59 year old runner I was starting to experience more niggly pains but at the end of 23 developed sore knees resulting in not being able to squat and particularly painful after running. Colin assessed my general fitness and mobility and identified a number of issues that were contributing to my pains. He set a number of exercises and goals to strengthen the muscles around knees and ankles I was always worried that my pains were potentially the on set of arthritis and joint wear and tear which would mean stopping the running. It has taken a long number of months as I have followed a programme to strengthen my knees ankles and core. The biggest hurdle is understanding that as the body ages it needs more time to warm up and recover. Colin has been amazing with his in depth detail to my specific needs and the result is brilliant. Now back to distance running with no niggles and feeling more supple than I have in years. Can't recommend Causeway Physio and Colin enough for the professional one to one care Thank you Colin TomPosted on Jean Baker17/09/2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Saw Stephen recently with shoulder arm and hand problems preventing me playing golf. He patiently explained the possible causes and sorted out a programme of exercises enabling me to resume my sport. He was very helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending Stephen and Causeway Physio.Posted on Jacqueline Mitchell11/09/2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Attended reformer Pilates with Martine as it was recommended by a physio to help with my lower back pain while I was attending I noticed a dramatic improvement in my back pain and when I stopped over the summer I had a very bad flare up so I’m back at reformers and looking forward to seeing an improvement once again I highly recommend martine and her reformer classesPosted on Jackie Macauley08/09/2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I attended Pilates with concerns about my posture, balance and general fitness. Thanks to Jo and her ability to tailor exercises to the capabilities of her clients and her encouragement, I feel I have improved significantly. The camaraderie, fun and laughter during the class creates a warm and inviting environment for all. I’ve been going to causeway Pilates for several years now and after each class I still feel so much more flexible It is also a stress free place and I find it very enjoyable. Highly recommend it !Posted on Clare Henderson05/09/2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Arrived at Causeway Coast and Pilates with a problematic back. I was successfully treated by one of the Physios. It was also suggested that due to “Granny duties” I would benefit from Pilates. I was promised a stronger back by Jo and delighted to say that is what I got. Would recommend these classes to anyone hoping to maintain strength and fitness.
