Who Is Physio-led Pt For?

If you have an old injury or you are nervous about causing injury by starting exercise again, then Physio-led PT is perfect for you.  Owen, our Physio PT is used to working day in day out with clients with recent and old injuries so don’t feel like those old niggles should stop you, Physio-Led PT is for you! 

Feel Fitter, Stronger & Younger!

Yes, you’ll feel younger! Improving flexibility, strength just makes day to day jobs feel easier. We’ll lead you step by step through strengthening exercise for your upper body, lower body and core and combine it with flexibility training to help you feel years younger.

Moving Forwards

During your 1 Hour PT sessions, Owen your Physio PT will listen to your goals and injury history and tailor the sessions to your needs. The session will include a combination of bodyweight exercises, light weights (as appropriate), Pilates core strengthening and flexibility work. You’ll feel great coming out!

Try Before You Commit

If you would like to try a session, simply book in for a Pay As You Go PT session. If you love it then you can save money by buying a block of 12 sessions.

Cost

Pay As You Go  –  £50

Block of 12 –  £36 per session (£432 total)*

*Block payment can be split over two months
