Class Timetable

Beginners/Intermediate Pilates

Our most popular class, suitable for all ages and abilities free from major injury. This class introduces the Principles of Pilates and builds client’s awareness of their own body through a series of controlled exercises progressing in stamina and difficulty. A fun and challenging class for all levels!

Gentle Pilates

This class is moderately paced and provides an appropriate challenge for each individual client. Focusing on maintaining healthy joints, increasing strength, and relieving stress; it offers exercises for bone health and fall prevention through resistance training and balance work. Suitable for those with Osteoporosis without fracture. All ages and abilities very welcome! It’s never too late to start Pilates!

Intermediate Pilates

This intermediate class will build in pace and sequences with less rests, and the repertoire of exercises will require more awareness, and will challenge strength, stamina, and control. For experienced Pilates Clients only. Clients must be injury free and able to perform all exercises at beg/int without modification.

Reformer Pilates

Pilates on a reformer machine using a moving carriage incorporating the assistance and resistance of springs! Exercises can be performed lying, standing, kneeling pushing the foot bar or using the straps with the arms or legs! Suitable for all levels including beginner. Must be injury free to attend classes – Semi-Private Classes – Max 4 clients. Private sessions available

Move It Class

Beginner exercisers or those returning to a healthier lifestyle after a period out. If you’re over 50 and feel you need a safe way to get healthy and move safely then this PHYSIO-LED class can help you.

Private 1:1’s, Couples 2:1s, Private Groups

Pilates specifically tailored to your needs! If you have a specific injury or condition that requires 1:1 attention, or you simply want the luxury of a session devoted entirely to you – this is the way forward! If you want to know how to do Pilates and how to do Pilates well, there is nothing comparable to the benefits of a private session!
