Who Can Come?
Anyone with osteoporosis or osteopenia (thinner bones). This class is designed and led by Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI Pilates instructor Laura Watters. Ideal for anyone diagnosed with a bone health condition or who has had an osteoporotic fracture in the past.
What To Expect?
A small group (max of 6 people only) so that Laura, your physio, can tailor each and every exercise to your specific needs. This is no ordinary class, this is fully 100% tailored to you, but with the fun of having other people joining in at their pace too!
Enjoy the benefits of strengthening exercises, Pilates, flexibility and balance work all packaged and led by Laura. There will be a combination of education and advice on all things osteoporosis plus plenty of opportunities for questions and answers.
Expect to build your confidence, expect to feel safe and under the supervision of a caring and knowledgeable physiotherapist. Expect to feel better, stronger and more confident in your body.
