The pain started the next day and over the weekend I could hardly move. Rather than wasting time going to my GP I made an appointment with Laura in Causeway Physio who worked on me and then after my second session a few days later the pain was gone. Laura is an excellent physio and would defo recommend her to anyone. She identified the issues right away and after a few weeks of treatment and at home exercises i was right as reign.
