Deep Tissue Massage

Do I need Massage or Physio?

Massage is great for relieving aches and pains but if you have a specific muscle or joint issue then often the pain or tightness can re-occur even after a massage. This is when you need physio.

If in doubt, come in for a massage and get started on easing out tight muscles, our physios will talk with you during your sessions get a clear idea of whether you need physiotherapy in order to completely relieve pain. If you would benefit from a physio assessment they’ll let you know.
